    I’m using Education Hub Pro in conjunction with LearnPress as a LMS. I have Education Hub (free) installed on the site and everything works fine. I upgraded to unlock some functionality and now the list of courses is blank. All other pages load and display content without any issue.

    The pro theme is activated. Is there a setting somewhere I’m overlooking?

    @trevor, sorry to know that you are having trouble after theme upgrades. Could you please share your site URL so that we could try to debug if this is issue with the the Pro theme?

    The site is here. I also tried installing it on a brand new site with the same effect.

    Hello @trevor

    We apologize to response you regarding Education Hub Pro theme’s compatibility is not yet tested with online learning plugins like LearnPress, Sensei etc.

    However exceptionally it works with the free theme although it’s compatibility is not tested with the Pro version as since no core support is yet given by theme author.

    Therefore as much as we would love to help,this is beyond the free support offered for the products.

    But if you still want the plugin to work with the pro version you can exclusively hire a Customizer.

    I guess I just assumed that it would work since it worked with the free theme. Can we exchange the license for this theme for a different one since we’re unable to utilize it for our intended purpose and there was no way to verify this until after purchase?

    Hi,

    Please can you confirm. Is the newest version of Education Hub Pro compatible with the latest version of Learnpress, I don’t know whether it’s worth renewing the licence.
