I am using your theme (University Hub) on a client’s site (www.ilslagos.com/wp) I want to add login page to header as on your demo, please how can I achieve this?

Actually, we are not quite clear on your issue but if you meant to add the page in the menu section then please follow below-given steps.
Just go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Menus and select the menu that you have chosen to display in the primary menu location.
Finally, add the page to that menu and save them. This will make the page display in navigation area in the header.

Hello @topabunmi,
To add the pages in the top header section is also the similar process.
for this just create the menu including the pages like login page and save it.
After that go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Menus > Menu Location and assign the menu that you have created in Top Menu location and save the setting.
In this way, the menu with the login page will be displayed in the top header next to the social link.
