Can I help with any additional information? I would really like to get this cleared up; it’s important to have the read more feature actually work because publishing the whole post on the first page is not a good idea at all.

And now the insert link isn’t working. How do I insert a screen shot? sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Very frustrating. And I don’t want to download a other application like the screen shot software, everywhere else editors accept links.. this one doesn’t.

Scroll down to ‘what happens at a workshop’. There is a picture and an excerpt plus ‘read more’
This is the Clean Corporate: Latest News widget in the Front Page widgets area.
Clicking on the ‘read more’ takes the reader to another page which has the picture and the excerpt and the ‘read more’ prompt again .
Clicking on that ‘read more’ prompt displays the same picture and the ‘read more’ prompt again.
It does NOT direct to the full page.,

Please go back to the site and look again. On the screen capture you sent, you did not scroll down to the text portion of the ‘what happens at a workshop’ redirect from the front page area widget. If you had, you would have seen that the system is re-printing the excerpt with another ‘read me’ button. Which just refreshes the excerpt, it is not printing the entire post.
And this problem has nothing to do with the permalink post name clarification, the issue existed before the permalink change was made. I reported this problem several months ago,and was told it would be ‘fixed’ but it hasn’t been that I can see.

I had to remove the front page widget, Latest News, because the read more tag did not work, as I said in several emails. The client got angry so I had to change to a page post instead. I reported this problem over 2 weeks ago, and she had no more patience.
