    I have not been able to activate the license. When I follow the instructions

    THEME ACTIVATION

    After successfully installing the required theme, you need to activate your theme. Follow the given steps to activate the theme.

    Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
    You will see the WEN Travel Pro theme in the list.
    Click the Activate button.
    After clicking in activate button the theme will be activate.

    Now go to “Appearance => Theme License” and then add the license key. Its at this point get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    I have now pointed this out a couple times.. If this can’t be fixed so that I can use the theme I paid for then I would expect a refund and will not do business with you if you can’t resolve.

    Hello @CRUISEFANAZ, we apologize for the issue that you are facing activating your license right now. We have informed to theme developer about this issue. We will check and fixed the issue soon, please give us a couple of days

    We will contact you as soon as possible by fixing this issue

    Hello @CRUISEFANAZ, We have released an update. Can you please login to the Themepalace site then go to MY Account page and download the new updated theme file?

    Now you will be able to activate the license in the updated theme file
