    Hi ,

    1. I added a page called “Contact” , and put me email address on it.
    How do I make the email address link to the viewers email and popup a window they can send me an email?

    2.I found your instructions and it mentions the customize menu.
    When i click customize all I get is a blank page. What am I doing wrong?
    using Firefox 46.0.1

    As much as I would love to help you with your problem but the theme doesn’t have option to make the email address link to the viewers email and popup a window they can send me an email.
    This take a bit of effort with customization.
    However you can always hire a customizer.
    Fill up the form and send your details to hire a customizer http://wensolutions.com/#hire-customizer-form.

    Hello @PhotosmithPhilip

    Sorry to hear that you are getting a blank page when you go to Customize menu.
    This in not due to the theme or the browser but might be a plugin issue.
    So if you have installed any third party plugin the try deactivating one by one and check you issue.
    If the issue is gone you will know the plugin that have created such issue.
    If the issue still continues then let me know. You will be provided will full assistance.

    Thanks for your response.
    I am not sure how to do this.
    I searched “plugin” on my computer( imac 27″ OSX10.8.5)
    and got 401 responses. how do I deactivate each one?

    In My WORDPRESS window there are four plugins.
    1. Akismet NOt active yet .
    2. Hello Dolly; Not active
    3. Jetpack: Active ( this allowed me to create a contact form)
    4. MOJO market place: Active. – not sure how it helps
    are these what I need to deactivate?

    Yes of course they are the plugins. Now try deactivating #3 and #4 plugin and again go back to Appearance / Customize.
    If you are still getting blank page please let us know.

    Thankyou, I deactivated #3 & 4 plugins and still I have a Blank page.
    Should I sign out again and sign back in?

    Hello @PhotosmithPhilip

    As much as we would love to help you but we are not able to replicate your issue.
    So, we would like you to do some testing for us.
    First go to you main WordPress root folder you will see wp-congif.php file. In this file in line no:83 you will see below code:

    
define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    Now change this line to below:

    
define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    Now save it and reload you Admin Panel / Appearance / Customize.
    If you get any error message then paste it here.
    We will try to figure out you issue by looking at error message if any.
    If error message is not seen then please let us know.
