Hi, there seems to be a bug with the contact information block.
I filled every single filed, created the right page with content and added my contact form shortcode.
The email field does not change in the preview and I cannot publish. I have a message “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.”
Can you please help me ?

First of all, thank you for using the theme.
When we checked the theme locally, every option seems to work fine as you can see in below given screenshot:
So please make sure to activate the required plugin for the theme and deactivate any third party plugin which may have caused the issue.

To know which plugin has caused the issue, please deactivate one by one. If the issue is resolved then you will know the exact plugin that is causing the issue.

I just desactivated all plugins one by one but the problem remains.
Whats the next step? Uninstall and reinstall plugin ? If I do that I will have to restart my whole configuration ?
Also when I enter my license key and click on “activate license”, nothing happens (no validation) can that be a problem?

We have fixed the issue for you through the login detail you have provided.
Also, we found that you do not have the latest version of the theme which has caused the issue so please upgrade your theme to the latest version.

The option to update is not available may be because your theme license has been expired.
Also for your information, all our premium themes comes with initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get private support forum access.
So please repurchase the theme and use that license to activate the theme.
