    I am receiving a not authorized message when I try to update this theme and now I am receiving “your key is inactive” message. Is there something I need to check? The website appears to come up with no problem and the update notification is gone.

    The website is http://www.mdxa.org.

    Did you previously activate the License Key in any secondary domain while you were in staging server or any similar domain ? If so, license key won’t work once it was already activated.

    If this is the case, please deactivate the existing instance and activate it in your primary domain http://www.mdxa.org.

    Under My Account/Manage Sites the Site URL reads mdxa.org/wordpress_site/. Do I have to deactivate the site and then add the site again as mdxa.org?

    Yes, of course. Please deactivate Key on mdxa.org/wordpress_site/ site and activate only in your main domain mdxa.org/ . It should work fine after that.

    If you have problem with downloading the latest 2.1.1 version or downloaded theme is corrupt. Please try downloading the zip file from your Theme Palace account. This issue is now fixed.
