I copied and pasted the license key into WordPress, pressed the activation button, and the pro version did not activate.
I de-activated all of my plugins and tried again. The pro version still didn’t activate.
I am running WordPress on a local server. Is this the reason why the pro version won’t activate, or is there another reason?
Yes, the problem could be because that you are trying to activate the PRO version in your localhost or local server but not in access to the internet. Because the key should be validate with the Theme Palace server.

Regarding your query about the license, once you check the following setting which might help resolve your license issue.
1. Once enter the correct license key.
2. Also if you have used the license key for another site then you have to reset the license key. The license once used for a site won’t support until it is reset.
3. There might be a cache or server issue.Regards.

Please let me know. How can i reset license key for same website. I repeat i am not using it on any other website. I am only using it on https://www.itngschool.com. Actually in my first attempt key got activated. When i have added and activated child theme, again i got message to activate the theme. Please let me know, how can i reset the theme. I am using license of any theme first time. Please help me.Hello,
As per your query, using the same domain and activating the child theme has to do nothing with the license. Only if you use license for a different site, you have to reset. So, once send the screenshot marking the issue you faced.
