Hello! We just purchased Education hub pro theme. We are trying to create a new menu located as a Primary menu. We follow the instructions as in your website but the changes don’t keep saved. I mean, the new menu disapears when we refresh the page after saving changes.

    Our website: iesllavaneres.org

    Thanks!

    Hello @iesllavaneres,

First of all thank you very much for buying the pro version .

Upon inspecting your site we did not find any menu item in the menu you have created .

For the menu to appear in the primary location first of all create your desired menu by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Menus . Add the necessary menu item to the menu you created and assign it to the primary location and save them . You can also create other menus and assigned it to different locations provided by the theme itself .

Refer to the screen shot for clear info.

Also you have set you front page display to your latest Post . So to set up different section for the front page go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Static Front page and set Front Page display to Your Latest Post .

    Hope this helps.

If you any confusion further please write back to us .

    Best Regards!!

    Have a great week ahead.

    Hello,

First, you can’t see any menu item in the website because the “system” does not save the new menu.

Second, I proceeded in the way you told me but the result is the same: changes in the new menu don’t keep saved.

Any other idea? Maybe erase the template and install all again?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hello @iesllavaneres,

The menu is working absolutely fine on our side .

So please make sure you have created the pages from Admin Panel > Pages and then created the menu including those pages and assign to the primary location.

Please kindly let us know if this does not solve your issue.

    Best Regards!!
