    Hi I have the business pro theme (www.bratti.international) and in my update page shows me that I have a new version of theme from 1.1 to 1.2 but I cant update it.
    I looked in My Account/view licenses but it tells me “No upgrade available”.
    Is there any update and if yes were i can find it.

    Hello @Brattis, we have just verified it and now it should be showing the upgrade info. Please confirm it in your account dashboard.

    Hi I have just updated my membership but I can’t download the 1.4 version. Could you check what is the problem?

    Hello @armandosarris,

    We would like to apologize for the trouble you are having.

    Since you have re-bought the license, please make sure you have entered the correct license in Admin Panel > Appearance > Theme License.

    If have entered the correct the license and still having the issue kindly let us know.

    Hello, I don’t see anywhere the Theme Licence in Appearance. But also in themepalace account I can’t download the 1.4 version. I have 2 links for 1.2 version.

    Your refund request will be processed within 24 hr.

    After asking the refund again buy the WEN Business Pro theme from the link given below:

    Here, after buying the pro theme the updates will be automatically available in your dashboard. There is no any extra process to enter the license, theme updates are available after the theme purchase.
