Hello, this was purchased back in June of 2017. We just saw version 3.0 is ready to download but couldn’t update from WP backend. We just tried to download from your site and it says:
“Your license key for this purchase is expired. Renew your license key and you will be allowed to download your files again.”
Surely we don’t have to pay again for the 3.0 download, right?

All of our premium themes come with the initial 1 year of Subscription i.e. you can download the updates till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates.
For the renewing process, you have to simply buy the new product(theme) and use the license that you get from the new purchase.
But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the theme to your site. You can use it in your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription. The only thing is you don’t get the latest update of the theme.
