Hi, I recently add Construction Base theme (free) to my wordpress and I wonder if there is a possibility to change the CB: Call-to-Action background with an image ?
I want to add this at the top of my homepage to have kinda title + CTA section.

To have a background image in the widget is not given in the feature currently.
Also, to move the widget to the top of the homepage is not possible.
Your both queries related to CTA section requires code customization, you can consider hiring a freelancer or professional developer.

I already moved the widget to the top of my page, and it seems to work fine.
Ok but is there any option to add a CSS in order to change this ?

As we mentioned earlier, to change the sections to the header is not possible with the additional CSS.

Is there any possibility to have a classic section with image in background + title + CTA ? Like every website have in general.

Actually, we don’t have a feature to make changes to the CTA section in the free theme but you can get other features in the CTA section in the pro version of the Construction Base Theme.
You can refer to the documentation link given below to be more clear on the features CTA widget have in Pro version of the theme.
