Can you please provide us with your site URL along with the icon that you are referring to so that we can inspect the issue further ?
Also, if you are referring to the logo of the site, you can change the icon by going to, Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site logo

The option to change the icons that you have highlighted in the screenshot is not available in the theme.
However, if you still want this feature in your side, you can refer to hire our customizer service.Regards!

The template which is giving the cart icon is custom.php file which you can find in theme file > inc > hook > custom.php
Please not that any changes you make in the core theme file will revert back once you update the theme. To make any changes in the theme file, kindly use the child theme and make your changes in the child theme.
