The cloud borders in the front page sections comes from the default background images used for the default layout of the theme.

In the pro version of the Kids Education theme, yo do have the option to replace the image with your desired background image for each sections individually.

This option does gives you flexibility to choose to use the borders / backgrounds of your choice through the background image for each individual sections.
