I am Newbie in WordPress and have just purchased the Biography Pro template. I get along quite well, however, what I struggle with is, how to customize the various sections, e.g. Home/Front Service Section. I have set the site to static and created a page which I select then in the setup of the section. However, nothing happens, the demo data of the template is still shown. Does the Page have to have a specific format? I found documentation of the template, which unfortunately did not have details on this…I should add that I save everything as “draft” as for legal reasons I am afraid to publishing right away. Any help is welcome.

The changes that you have made in the site needs to be published to appear in the front-end. Saving the changes in draft won’t preview the changes that you make in your site.
To customize the front page section, you need to go to, Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize. In the customizer section, you will get multiple options to change the appearance of your site. Also, there is no specific format to set up the page.
