    I got notice that my license was set to expire and to click to renew. I am trying to do that, but the system wants an email address and the address of my account is ‘already in use’. I am NOT trying to purchase a new license, I click on the ‘renew’ and enter the API key for the license I’m trying to renew.
    I’d appreciate some help.

    @lindajerlamgmail-com, For license renew

    First, log in to My Account page: Once you are on the My Account page, click on “View Licenses” and you will see the status of your license

    If your license key is expired then you need to click on “Renew license” and checkout. But if you want to renew it before it expires then you need to click on “Extend license” and then checkout.

    Thank you. I finally got it. It was not letting me accept the default email, on about 10 tries. But on 11 it did,
    Thank you Psink.

    I am trying to renew the license on a website. I have the old licence key. The system says the email is already in use, which is true.

    I just want to renew!

    I looked on my list in my accounts, and this key is showing as being valid, but on the website, it says the key is inactive and if I try to activate it, i get the message maximum activations reached.

    It appears that the license key is already active on another website. To proceed, please deactivate the license on the existing site first. Once deactivated, you will be able to activate it on your main site.

    Let us know if you need help locating the currently activated site or deactivating the license.
