    Hello,

I need to disable several menu items so that they cannot be clicked. I do not see a way to do that by only using customize functions. Could you please help in this regard?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

Regarding your query about the menu, if you want the menu to exist but won’t link to anywhere then you have to follow the path, Appearance > Menu and add the custom link to the menu and add ‘#’ in the URL and give the name as per your requirement.

For clarification, you can refer to the screen record given below,

    Hope this helps.

If you have further queries, let us know.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We would like to apologize for the trouble.

Yes, we did find the issue in your side but could not replicate it on ours. Once please remove the text with HTMl code from that post and directly dd the plane content. For the heading and other stuff, you can directly edit it from the option available in the text area. You do not need to add the HTML tag for the text edit.

Let us know if you have any queries further.

    Thank you.
