Good day!
I bought a paid version of University Hub Pro yesterday.
But today I can’t download the demo from the site.
Advise how to download demo data, or return the money for the purchased version.Taras Krainyk
May 11, 2020 at 3:49 am #122952wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
Regarding your query, there is no demo file to directly set up the site like the demo. But you can manually set up the theme the same as the demo by following the instruction.
https://themepalace.com/instructions/themes/university-hub-pro/
If you have any queries while setting up the theme, kindly let us know.
Also, regarding refund, we’d be happy to refund if we are not able to satisfy you with our support assistance at the end.
Regards.

The documentation says about version 2.6.
And on May 8 I bought version 2.5.

We will fix the demo import option.

July 31, 2020 at 12:09 pm #130123Gerald PattiloParticipantThank you Taras,
Last question, did they send you all the images and plugins for this theme?
Thank you for your reply
Gerald
July 31, 2020 at 12:19 pm #130124Taras KrainykParticipantI uploaded the image manually. There are free services for downloading images on the Internet.
Plugins also downloaded yourself. They are also free.
July 31, 2020 at 12:29 pm #130125Gerald PattiloParticipantThank you once again because I can’t get any help from Themepalace. They keep saying look at the document and the document is no help. I’m sorry for contacting you but I saw that you had the same problem.
I’m not sure what plugins are needed for this theme but can you list the names of the plugins and I will download them.
Thank you so much
Gerald
August 4, 2020 at 1:21 am #130351wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
You can find the recommended plugins on the dashboard. So, you can refer to the screenshot where the recommended plugins are located.
If there are not any plugins recommended then you might have plugins already installed.
Regards.
