I have noticed that Education Hub Pro 3.0 has new update Education Hub Pro 3.1. When I update from wp admin, it doesn’t take effect or upgrade to the new version. I have also downloaded the new version and installed through cpanel (FILE MANAGER) “/home/mysite.com/public_html/wp-content/themes” but to no avail. Any assistance.

We would like to apologize for trouble.
Actually, all our premium themes comes with initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates till 1 year of purchase date. So, the issue might have raised due to expiration of license. So, make sure that the license has not been expired.
If license has not been expired, once download the zip file for the latest version of ‘Education Hub pro’ theme and upload the zip file from admin panel.
Also, third party plugins conflict can be one of the leading cause for the uncertain behavior of your site. So, please once verify the issue by deactivating the third party plugin one by one and uploading the Zip file.
If issue still persist, let us know.

MY LICENSE IS STILL GOOD – AND I WENT SO FAR AS TO REMOVE THEME AND INSTALL AGAIN – AND IT STILL GETS THIS STATE OF WANTING TO CONTINUALLY BE UPDATED.
