Al agregar la opcion de ver enlace de noticias en la cabecera de la pagina principal, me muestra el siguiente error:

Regarding your query, if you are making changes in the theme then we recommend you to make changes after creating its child theme and make changes in the child theme’s function.php.
If you make changes in parent theme then after updates we will lose the changes you have made. So, you can refer to the documentation link given below to create child theme.
