yes, you can do it. for that you need to export three different file
1. widgets file
2. customizer file
3. content fileYou can use widget import/export plugin to export widget data and similarly you can use customizer import/export to export customizer data
please install the plugins I have mentioned earlier and follow this screen record

So i have reinstalled the theme on another domain and i am not able to do the complete demo import. The theme was first installed & activated on theterntravellers.in & now it is been shifted to theterntravellers.com. so after the shift i tried to import the demo file which i have it saved on my PC but it showed an error stating that some file may have not imported. So pages like My Team, My Company, Testimonials, About Us and other pages have not downloaded on the theme.
