Hello,
Before switching themes, my full posts were visible in the WordPress Reader. Now, only a snippet is visible no matter how I toggle my settings. I’ve gone to WordPress Settings > Reading > and said to include full text for each post in a feed. I’ve also unchecked the box to “limit feed to excerpt only.”
I have no trouble working with excerpts on my blog and determining how much of each post is visible. I’m only trying to change how they look in the Reader. I want my WordPress followers to be able to read my full post from the Reader without having to visit my full site.

Please disregard as it turns out this is not a theme issue. If anyone else has the same question:
– Toggling to “full text” in Settings does not work retroactively. It only affects future posts.
– Some posts in the Reader show an old excerpt (even though that excerpt has since been deleted) because it was there when the post was published.

Thank you for your response, I no longer need assistance with this issue. Please see my message above.
I thought there was an issue with the theme because toggling the settings did not work. When I contacted WordPress they said that old posts are not changed, but new ones will have the specified settings. That’s fine, I’m not worried about how the old posts are displayed in the Reader. I was just using them as a test.
