As you can see I have ‘all categories* marked an I have made a test buy but and reviewed the product but they are not showing.November 7, 2017 at 11:04 pm #57576
If you select the option All Categories then it will display the post that is recently created .
So to make your desired post to display in the testimonial section you have to first create the category by going to Admin Panel > Post > Categories . Then assigned those post that you have created with the happy reviews to the category that you have created .
Finally go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widget > CC: Testimonial Slider and chose that category to display in this section . This will help you to display your desired reviews in testimonial section .
Hope this helps .
If you have any confusion further then please let us know .

Is there a picture guide for this? Because I must be really stupid I can’t get it to work.
Because why does this not happen automatically when a costumer make a review? The there will be no star rating in woocommerce?
Do I make sense at all? 🙂November 9, 2017 at 9:06 am #57700
How do I get this in the happy reviews?November 9, 2017 at 11:16 pm #57737
We apologize for the confusion. However, the testimonial slider in Clean Commerce Pro theme is designd to be used as a slider for testimonial posts created manually and assigned to post categories From Admin Dashboard > Posts.
The reviews / comments you are referring to only appears to the product single ( details page ) currently and the functionality to get the comments in the front page is not available in the theme through the Testimonials widget.
You can however choose to use the default WooCommerce Widget “Recent Product Reviews” for the listing of product reviews in the front end widget section. However the reviews widget does not provide the slider / review tests functionality in the widget by default.
Hope this Helps.
Best Regards !!
