I`m just starting creating a Website with WordPress.
The basics are just fine, put I can`t find the header-image-section to choose a header-image.This ist my very start:

Regarding your query, you can refer to the screenshot given below to locate the header image in the customized part.
Also, header image displays on the other pages than the front page. So, you have to open the pages to see the header image you set from the customizer.

the part you located in the screenshot is the background Image, not the header image.I can`t choose it on the other pages, too.

Actually, this theme doesn’t have the feature to display the header image.
However, we have requested the theme author to make the feature of the header image available in the theme.

I’m so sorry, but the big header-Image was the reason, why we choose this theme.
Please find a solution so that we can work with it as we want to.The other Content is still placed, but bis Pictures Always tell more than so many words…
