Hi – in the Featured Post section of the homepage of the Personify Pro theme, I’d like to show all latest posts except for Events. As Event posts are shown in the Events section, it doesn’t look correct to show them twice.
Please can you tell me how I can exclude the post type “Events” using a function, so it can be included in a Child Theme and the core theme can still be updated.

In the featured post section you can find the option to select the category that you want to show the post of. So if you do not want to display the post of particular category then do not select it.
