When we tested the theme locally, the header image feature is working fine. Also, the previously added image gets removed.

So if you have installed any third party plugin then please deactivate them and verify the issue.

I ve done what you recomended, to deactivate other plugins. I did it and tryied to change the image, unfortunatelly same issue still there.
Below i ve attached a video of setting the image.

Have you activated any security plugin and provide access to only certain IP address? Is so please provide the access to us as well so that we check the issue.

div#banner-image { background-image: url(http://adven-life.com/wp-content/themes/pleased-pro/assets/uploads/header-image.jpg) !important; }Here replace the URL of the image with your image.
