    Hi there,
I am trying to figure out where to edit the slider image timing. Currently, my images change every second. I am trying to have each image view for 30 seconds (as an example).

Any ideas on where to edit this feature?
    Thanks in advance,
    T

    Hello @tgramm,

To change the transition delay time go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Slider > Transition Duration and set the second as per your requirement.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards!!

    HI again,
    Thanks for the quick response!

So I am unable to move past the customize option. There is no theme options button and it opens up to a different format from the admin panel. i cant seem to insert a screenshot here, but I am faced with a road block.

I’m happy to hire someone to help me out…do you have any suggestions on how to pay someone to look at my admin panel? perhaps i need a new updated version of the wordpress theme?

I was able to change these details when I first purchased the theme, but I am at a complete loss… I have looked everywhere to try to adjust the timing of the slider, amongst other issues.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello @tgramm,

The theme option is right there in the customization screen and you can see in the below given screen record:

We are also quite not sure whether you are using the free version or the pro version. Whatever it is make sure you have the latest version of the theme.

Also, as you have mentioned you could not access to customize screen, it may be because of the conflict with the third party plugin.

So if you have installed any third party plugin, make sure to deactivate and verify the issue.

If the issue still persists kindly let us know 🙂 ..

    Thank you.

    Best Regards!!
