I am struggling to edit the info at the very top of the page
i.e tel no , email and store opening hoursalso at the very bottom of the page about us / get in touch and social media.
I am using the signify dark template

Hello,
Regarding you query, the top section is managed by the plugin so please refer to the instruction for managing top section.
However, the footer section can be managed by the footer widget.
Follow the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Footer widget and edit the title of the widget as per your requirement.
