Actually, when you have posted the issue the theme version was 1.0.7 and now the latest version of the theme is 1.0.9 where we have fixed the issue.
You can refer to the screen record below to see that sortable option is working fine in latest version.

I see, but I still can’t update or download tha latest version? I’m still in version 1.0.7 and wordpress aren’t showing any new updates?

Regarding your query, actually only the free themes are uploaded in the WordPress which is why you can see and download the update from the WordPress.
But, for the premium version you have to check weather there is the update or not and install the new version of the theme using your themepalace account.
