the theme give me the opcion to change the placehold, but what I can not find is where to change the button text Search so it would apear in spanish

To change the default hard-coded text you will have to use the themes .po file which you will find on wp-content -> themes -> education-hub-pro -> language folder.
After you find the theme’s pot file you can simply follow this tutorial to get the result that you want.

We are sorry to inform you that we do not have the .po file for any language we just have the template .po file which is bundled on the theme itself.
