Home › Forums › Free Themes › Education Hub › How to replace the default slider with more robust Layer Slider Plugin
Tagged: Layer Slider, slider
I am testing out the Education Hub theme with LearnDash and so far it is very impressive.
I do have one important need and that is to be able to use my Layer Slider plugin instead of the default slider on the home page.
I have another site where I was able to change the main page header code (in a child them) and use the layer slider. I however do not want to spend the hours trying to figure it out again for this theme if I don’t have to.
P.S. I have no problem purchasing the Pro version if it helps, I just need to be sure I can do this change up.
Thank you in advance.

Hello @manuelpalachuk-com,
The theme’s compatibility with the other third party plugin except the one recommended by the theme itself is not tested.
The theme doesn’t support this customization and, as much as we would love to help with some custom code, this is beyond the support offered for our products, which consists of bug fixing and theme documentation.
But if you still want the feature you are asking for you can always consider hiring the professional developer so that your theme will no be effected in any way.
To hire a developer please follow the link below

We hope it helps,
Best Regards.
