    I Can not edit theme appearance education hub pro . No plugins installed. WP version 6.1.1
    I got the message error …

    @SIMONKOUSKOUNIS, Seems the Php version is not compatible. Could you please downgrade the PHP version to 7.4.3? You can request your hosting provider to downgrade the PHP version of your site

    Please let us know if the customizer does not work even after the downgrade of the PHP version

    I got this from my hosting provider
    Warning: PHP versions PHP 5.6, PHP 7.2, PHP 7.3 και PHP 7.4 are deprecated.

    We recommend that you update to a supported version of PHP. For more information, read our PHP documentation.
    I Used 7.4 Php version before and i had same problems in both sites .After i upgrate php version to 8.1 .
    Customizer still does not work
    All other of my sites working with php 8.1 except two with education hub pro theme

    Pls Help

    Strange issue, I have tested in several servers. But the issue was on your site only. I am not sure but I guess there is an issue with your server. Because if it was an issue with the theme the issue should be in any server.

    I just found the particular issue on your site only. You can also verify in the demo server

    Also, I will forward the issue to the theme author maybe he will recognize the issue and give us a solution to fix it

    @SIMONKOUSKOUNIS, Is it possible to share FTP or cPanel of your site? According to our theme author there might be a server-specific issue. So he would like to check by enabling debug mode on the server

    1st of all Many Many thanks for your response

    It’s not possible to share FTP or cPanel of site that i have other 4 sites who works ok

    but i downgrade the wp in 6 version not 6.1.1 and looks its works …in that sites

    I have no issues with other sites with no education hub pro theme…

    I will check it next 2 days and i will come back
