Dear TP,
I was about to enter into my TP Account Dashboard, but if I clicked on the Dashboard, it says <You have not activated the license for WP Documentation Pro. Go to settings to activate your license.> And again, if I click on Settings to activate, it says <Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.> Why of such errors are in front of me? Kindly let me know about this asap.

You need to access your account dashboard from https://themepalace.com/my-account/ and download the theme and access the license key. But for activating the license key, you need to activate it on your site and not in ThemePalace. So, log in to your site’s WordPress dashboard and go to “Appearance => Theme License” and then save and activate it.
