After update my theme from Education Hub to Education Hub Pro i can’t find an option “Colors” (Customise -> Colors) to change my background. Now i have blue-colored background from Education Hub, but in “Color options” everywhere set’s up white background.

If i try to reset color options (in Reset Color Optons menu), then i have an error message: “Invalid value.”

    Hello

As the pro version of the Education Hub Theme has a wide range of color options, the background color option is set under the Basic Color options section.

The background color in the Education Hub Pro theme comes from your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Color Options > Basic Color Options > background Color. Please check and verify that your desired color is set in the section.

If this does not resolve your issue, please provide us your Website URL so that we can inspect your website for the issue and suggest you with a possible fix.

    Hope this Helps,

    Best Regards !!

    Hello @berk_bear,

While we have inspected the issue in your site, it is seen that the color is being set due to the custom background body class from the free version of the Education Hub theme.

While we have tested for the issue locally in our side, the color option is working fine while switching from Free to pro theme.

Please verify that you have properly downloaded and installed the pro version of the Education Hub Theme in your website. Also, make sure you currently do not have used any Custom CSS for the background in your site.

If the steps above does not resolve the issue, please write back to us so that we could look further for the issue resolution.

    Best Regards !!

Thank you very much! If i set background colors separately (Header Color Options, Content Color Options, News Events Color Options etc.) it workig fine.
