    Hello @lindajerlamgmail-com,

    First of all, we would like to apologize for all the inconveniences.

    Since you are facing problem in activating the license for your recent website to resolve the issue we need to know your “Order no” of the purchased theme which you have purchased on March 5.

    So please send us your “Order ID” of the purchased theme on March 5 via our official email address. We will then find your website in which the license is activated and then reset it. After this you will be able to use the license key from that purchase to your new website.

    Regarding your query about the license expiry which you have bought on Jan 18, 2017, it has already been expired as you know so now to reactivate it you can not do it simply by clicking on Renew button.

    For this, you need to repurchase the theme by following the same process as you do for other theme and then use that license key to activate the site.

    Thank you. Bought the new license and all is good there.

    I sent all the info I have on the March 5 purchase to the admin gmail. Hopefully it can get fixed so I can get back to work.
