Earlier I tried to install the Signify Pro theme, but the installation failed due to me not having a valid plugin. What valid plugin do I need? I was contacted by a tech support about this issue and he asked for my host login information so that he can install the theme for me. It has been several hours and I have not heard back from the tech support guy, and my site is now down. I’ve made several attempts to contact him, but got no response. I need to have this resolved today.
Ok, I figured all of this out now, I realized that I uploaded to the wrong, my mistake on my part, I am good now, I was able to install it successfully. Thanks
