I was purchase pro key and activate it but not it work till only free version working

Installation of free theme and premium theme is different. Please refer to this tutorial for installing and using the licensing key after purchasing the theme.

Theme License menu should appear when you activate the premium theme Magazine Plus Pro theme. Can you confirm you’ve activated the purchased theme?
If still the issue persists, please temporarily disable other plugins to see if any plugin conflict with this theme.

When we tested the latest version of the theme, the license filed is available in the Admin Panel > Appearance as you can see in the below given screenshot:
Also please make sure you have activated the pro version of the theme i.e. Magazine Plus pro not Magazine Plus.
Even after activating the pro version, if you still found the issue then kindly let us know.

After the activation of the pro version, the license filed must appear in the Admin Panel > Appearance.
Even after the activation of the theme, there is no file to enter the license then there might have been something wrong.
Can you please provide your login detail so that we can inspect further and help you solve your issue?

When we inspected your backend detail from the login you have sent, we found that you don’t have the pro version of the theme. You have just activated the free version.
And for your information, you don’t need the license to use the free version. You can use it for free.
