Yesterday I have purchased Education Pro Theme but its not compatible with WPbAKERY Page Builder. So its useless for me, please initiate my refund as your refund policy. please.

oh my God, you take days.. to reply an email? really?.. oi thought it will take a maximum 12 hours or less.. if you are taking too much time to reply an mail, then what type of support I will expect from you in the future. It is better that the theme was not compatible for my plugins otherwise i have to wait for days to solve my site errors..
