I purchased the WEN Corporate PRO Theme and having the following issues:
When I use the customize option all images show up good. (services icons, search, and back to top) However when I save and go to active site they do not show. Why are they not showing on the active site?

KeymasterHello @sretzlaff,
We have inspected your website and it is seen that the Font Awesome icons are not being loaded and displayed in your website as your website is blocking the font.
The issue seems to be with the htaccess file of your website rather than of the theme.

KeymasterHello,
Please go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General and let know your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) option’s values.
A little heads up, if the above mentioned options have this value : http://farcom.ipage.com/
Change it to http://farcom.com/

ParticipantOk I have changed that now and still no images for the icons. Any other ideas?

We have checked your website and it seems like your “Site Address” is still not changed.
Please share with us the screenshot of your Dashboard -> Settings -> General so that we can check the value set in the setting and provide you further assistance accordingly.
