I’ve reached out to host and they advised the following:
“We have allowed outgoing connection for the API themepalace.com. You need to contact theme provider and ask them to provide you correct API for this as that will certainly help.”
Site is inactive.

Please check your license.txt in your theme folder after you download it.
Theme Palace provides an API key and please make sure you have entered the correct API key that is provided by the Theme Palace.
