Where can I find documentation on how to insert breadcrumbs into pages and posts? There is instruction in the help guide on how to enable breadcrumbs but no mention of what code needs to be entered on a page to activate it.

Regarding your query, you can enable the breadcrumb from the instruction link given below:
Further, breadcrumb appears in all the pages except homepage. Breadcrumb shows the path of the page you are currently in.
