Customizing ▸ Home Page
Social Feeds SectionThe home page is now showing the error in the Topic Title above instead of the Instagram feed. There has been no changes on the WordPress site. A change on Instagram’s end?

When we tested the latest version of the theme, the Social feed section is working fine.
So please make sure you have added correct token and also make sure you have the latest version of the theme.
Also, please perform the plugin conflict check as the issue may have raised due to the conflict with the third party plugin.
Thank you.

September 16, 2019 at 3:42 pm #106217Todd WoodwardParticipantThis is still an issue running the latest version of Personify Pro 1.5.3 with no third-party plugins and with only RECOMMENDED plugins.

The only place I can modify the Instagram setting is in the theme itself under the Social Feeds Section.

September 18, 2019 at 1:39 am #106282wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
When we inspected the issue further, we found that currently, Instagram has changed its setting so instead of using the username, we are releasing the update where you can use the token to display the feed.
The update will be released soon fixing the issue.
Thank you.
September 19, 2019 at 7:39 pm #106425Todd WoodwardParticipantThank you for the confirmation of the issue. I look forward to the new version being released that addresses this issue. Do you have an ETA?
Thank you.
September 19, 2019 at 11:54 pm #106427wensolutionsKeymasterHello
Currently, our developer team is working for the fix however, we are not able to give the exact time. We will try to release the update as soon as possible.
Hoping for your kind co-operation
Regards!
