Anyone having issues with their website with a Daily Insight theme loading on iPhone? I’ve tried on two devices now and it doesn’t work on iPhone at all. When loading, I get a message that says “A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded” and then it doesn’t load properly, then the message pops up again, and so on.
I just installed this theme yesterday and was re-working my site to work with this theme but will have to discontinue and find a new theme if there isn’t a way to resolve this issue.April 19, 2017 at 12:19 am #39402

I just checked the link you sent, and here are the issues:
1. The link you just sent, which I checked on my iPhone, loaded the desktop version of the website, which isn’t what should load on a phone. There is a different design, as this is supposed to be responsive, that loads on a phone. This did load correctly, however.
2. If you go on an iPhone and use Safari or Chrome, my website (travelingwithmax.com) does not load properly. I have tested on multiple devices.
I love the design of this theme, but unfortunately it’s not usable if users can’t load the homepage.April 20, 2017 at 1:38 am #39477

As we have checked the issue with the latest version , we are unable to find such issue . So please try deactivating the third party used and verify the issue .
The demo version also does not have such issue as you mentioned . Please check the link below once in the iphone.

I’m not using a third party, I implemented your theme on my WordPress site and haven’t changed any code. Not sure what you mean by third parties. All I’ve done are some of the customizations that you make available and it clearly does not work.April 20, 2017 at 11:56 pm #39720

We apologize for inconveniences.
From third parties we meant any third party plugin you have used with the theme. The error might be due the use of the plugin for which we have not tested the compatibility of the theme with so try disabling them and see if it works.
