Regarding your query, the front page image looks fine with your site URL.
The image doesn’t look same as the one that you have attached earlier.
Have a look to the screenshot attached below:
Hope this helps.
If you have further queries, let us know.
Regards.
November 6, 2020 at 7:22 am #138029jamesballersteinParticipanti definitely do because it doesn’t look like tha ton my end. maybe a hardware difference? i’m on a 27″ 1440p monitor… is this a code thing that is layering it on my end because of the resolution difference? because i’m still looking like the old picture… https://imgur.com/fB5WdKU
November 9, 2020 at 6:18 am #138205wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
Regarding your query, we couldn’t find the issue on our side even in the 1440 screen as shown in the screenshot below:
Please once clear cache and verify as well as deactivate any third party plugins if added.
Also, let us know which browser you are using, we are using google chrome and everything looks fine.
Regards.
November 22, 2020 at 6:10 am #139147ethancaineParticipantI am having the same issue at anthonylemos.com
I think it may have to do with calling a background image twice.
When you “view source” on the page, it calls for the image url on lines 67 and 152, and I think only the second call is necessary.
edit: I have tried in both Chrome and Firefox with freshly cleared browser cache in each.
November 23, 2020 at 3:30 am #139216WEN ThemesParticipant@jamesballerstein and @ethancaine, we see that the issue in the header image is there when there is not header media text. It’s showing images both from the background and normal. We will work on this and release the update tomorrow.
November 27, 2020 at 4:24 am #139531bellomoParticipanti have a problem with video on media header
I inserted the youtube link to the video and everything works perfectly on the pc. unfortunately on the mobile you can only see the default image. my site http://www.costruzioniluma.it
thanksNovember 27, 2020 at 10:59 pm #139582WEN ThemesParticipant@bellomo: We use the WordPress core header media and themes are only allowed to use it this as the core feature which doesn’t show video in mobile due to bandwidth issue. So, if you want to display that then you need to use a plugin like a Header enhancement https://wordpress.org/plugins/header-enhancement/
