I bought Flat Commerce Pro for my live site. I use the free theme Flat Commerce for my test site.
How do I change the layout for the free theme to be full width and no Primary Sidebar?
I want to design screens on my test site first but am unable to have the same layout.

The option to change the layout is only available in the pro version . Since you have already purchased the pro version you can build your test site using the pro and use the feature of changing the layout .

So does that mean I can use the Pro version with two domains, my live site and my test site?

For the personal use you may re-use the theme as much as you like .But if you are thinking of using it in a paid service then you must purchase one license for each site. Alternatively if you are not using for professional purpose then you can use the theme multiple time .
