I am getting the following warning in the dashboard http://prntscr.com/o9xo4k and getting “Site is inactive.”

The case for the licence not being activated can be either because your theme licence has expired or because you have used the licence key in some other domain and have not reset the licence to use in other domain.
Can you please specify whether you have used the licence in some other domain before ?

Its none of what you have suggested, have had the issue before and you had to reset the code, I think its because we use a child theme?

The licence key has nothing to do with the child theme and hence, the issue is not there because of the child theme.
Please send the licence reset request at info[@]themepalace.com and they will look forward to the issue.
