    Hi, I just bought a license for Signify. But I have no “Theme License” -line in the Dashbord menu. Where should I enter the license key?

    Hi,
    I have been through the tutorial. My problem is, that there’s no line saying “Theme License” in the Dasboard menu. Thus I can’t enter the license key!

    Hello,

    Regarding your query, please make sure you have :

    1. Added premium theme zip , as free theme won’t give you option for the theme license.
    2. You have created account in ThemePalace.

    Having the same problem here. paid for signify pro but there is no license appearing in my dashboard.

    This forum does not seem to have an option to upload a screenshot. My account page in themepalace is not showing any licence. It just says:

    You have not made any purchases

    You have not purchased any downloads

    I did buy the theme and even received the receipt. Don’t know why it is not showing up in my account page. All the steps described above seem possible after i can actually see the theme in my account page.

    Hi, the instructions you’ve given are ok to follow if your purchases are visible but that’s the point, as we mentioned in our message. My account-page only says this:

    **
    From your account dashboard you can view your Purchase History and Download History
    EDIT PROFILE
    LOG OUT
    You have not made any purchases

    You have not purchased any downloads
    **

    In my e-mail I do have the confirmation of the purchase (Signify Pro) and on my Creditcard I can see a reservation of the amount (28th of october).

    Hope you have another solution, thanks in advance!

    If you’re unable to access the previous purchase then reset the license. So, you can send an email describing your issue at the below given email.
