As and when i try to import to the Theme in WordPress and activate my License, it shows Inactive. Kindly take a look into this
Sorry for the inconvenience having with the license key. Did you previously activated the license in any domain or while in staging by chance? If so, remove the license and try activating in the actual domain.
If still the problem persists, email to info[at]themepalace.com to check license validation and authentication issue.

Dear Ser/ Madam
I have just purchased the theme Photo Perfect Pro and the payments went wel. But when tryed to activat the License Key is says that the status is unknown. Could you please help met with this problem.

Normally the provided API key works well on majority of servers. If this is the first time installation then in this case, you need to contact your hosting support providers. Some servers blocks API with GET request while trying to authenticate and validate the user API Key.
If you have used key before on any installation or either on demo server then same key won’t work for other multiple domain since it is valid for single domain only. Try deactivating before you use it in actual domain.
Hope these tips would help you to figure out your case for license activation.
I rebuild my website http://www.josdidden.nl and I installed photo Perfect Pro again. I try to activate the license key but I get the message that the key doesn’t match. I see that my key is correct. Could you help me getting Pro activated ?

It could be because of License conflict against the domain. If you have activated it previously in any other domain it won’t work again for new domain. If this is the case, and if possible, please deactivate it in old domain and try to reactivate it in new domain.
