The License for our site https://americancaliber.com shows that it is not active. When I click on activate, nothing happens. When I go to the Theme Palace account site and click on view license, nothing happens. We just went live on the site and need this resolved as well as the issues with the menus
Server record shows the license key previously being activated and running in other domain and was still active. License key is unique per domain therefore cannot be reused in multiple domain. You need to deactivate it before you use it in other installation.
We have reset the old domain therefore it would now work in your current domain after activation.
Please confirm it and let us know if you have anything else.

@wensolutions could you please check my account as well? I tried to update the theme bizroot pro, but my license-key seems to be inactive. probably I used it in an test environment. I don’t know any more. But since then the theme is only on the correct site running.many thanks.
Hello @marc, license-key is inactive possible because it is still active in test environment.
If possible, please remove / deactivate it from there and activate it in your actual domain.
