    We have purchased the Pro version.

    We failed to activate the license through the administrative panel, because our hosting server of our institution disallows web site from contacting other sites. Please advise how can we activate the license. Thanks.

    While activating the license, do you find any kind of issue or error message? If yes please provide the screenshot of the issue so that we can inspect the issue further.

    Hello @beta,

    Did you get the message in the first setup or you have activated the license in other sites then activated here?

    If you have previously activated in other sites then we need to reset your license key as the key will only work for one domain.

    If you have got the message in the first set up then please contact us via email given below along with the screenshot.

    hi,

    we have emailed info@themepalace.com with all the screen captures of our account information, the license key, the screen shots that shows the error, and also our posts at support forum for a few days already. there is no reply. Our site keep on showing that “License status is unknown.”, while our account information shows that we have purchased the license, and used at the same domain. Please advise.
